It was a hideaway shop located 1 minute walk from Utsubo Park. Make a reservation for the restaurant at 6pm on weekdays. The guests had not arrived yet, so I was allowed to choose a seat of my choice. I took the opportunity to sit at a table by the window. Since I had only reserved a seat, I ordered an appetizer, pasta, and Cow tongue stew.The appetizers were very stylishly arranged. It was great to be able to enjoy small portions of dishes with a variety of seasonings. They also brought me focaccia, and it was my first time to eat squid ink focaccia. It was fluffy and delicious. I ordered the snow crab and tomato pasta and was impressed by the chewy texture of the noodles. It was probably the best pasta I've ever eaten. When two people come to the restaurant and order one pasta, they are very attentive and divide it into two pieces, plate it, and bring it to us. Cow tongue stew was delicious with tender meat and the seasoning was exquisite. I'm full, but I want dessert...and I was wondering which dessert menu to choose, and I said, ``Shall I have a little bit of everything?'' ” and was very flexible. The atmosphere was stylish, the food was delicious, and the owner was warm. I want to go eat pasta again for lunch. Thank you for the meal!
