今回は本町楼限定のメニューを楽しんで来ました
木造の町家造りの外観 暖簾を潜ると各個室へと続く
廊下･階段もかなり広く 全てが個室のように寛げる
この日は1人だったので2階カウンター席に案内
○明太子オイル香る 石焼き海鮮のおうどん(1,480円)
○鯖棒寿司(2貫 380円)
石焼ビビンバ用の石鍋が熱せられ中はグツグツ
あっさりしたオリーブオイルには海鮮と野菜入り
海鮮･野菜の旨みが溶け込みオリーブオイルと乳化
油分を吸った溶き卵とうどんがよく絡む( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
ニンニクも効いていてアヒージョを上手くアレンジ
ごちゃ混ぜになった旨みの中にピリッと辛い刺激
グツグツ煮え滾るオリーブオイルにも負けない太麺
組み合わせの良さで最後まで飽きること無く完食✨
