三が日が明けたら、すぐ仕事始めという･･･。
コロナ禍が少し落ち着いていたので、今年は
上司と同僚とクライアントへ挨拶回りです。
途中、ランチを食べよう！とお店を探すも
まだ正月休みのところが多く、このままだと
ランチ難民になりそう。
やっと、オープンしているこちらを見つけて
入店しました。
①お店の外観、雰囲気、インテリアなど
最寄り駅は淀屋橋かな。私達は北浜駅から
本町に向かっている途中で見つけました。
やや半地下のような造りになっているので、
路上に出ている店名看板を目印に向かうのが
良いと思います。
店内は、思ったよりも奥に広く、掘り炬燵の
席もありますので、グループ客でも安心して
入店可能です。
②お料理について
正月挨拶回りで、外を歩き回っていたので、
寒いったら、ありゃしない。
迷わず、温かい麺の“タンタン麺セット”を
オーダーしました。
注文してすぐ、大きな黒い角盆に、担々麺
炒飯、サラダ、春雨の和え物が全て載って
供されます。
オレンジ色のスープがなみなみと注がれた上に
辣油がタラリと回しかけてあります。
スープは、粘度低めでサラリとしたタイプ。
胡麻の風味は弱く、花椒の風味は皆無です。
ちょいピリ辛の化調スープという感じ 笑
やや茹で過ぎの麺ですが、加水率が高いのか
プリッとした歯応えはきちんと感じられます。
ツルツルとした舌触りなのは、私好みです。
具材は、甘辛く煮付けられた少しの肉味噌と
刻み葱少々。あまり存在感はありませんた。
セットの「本日のご飯」は玉子炒飯のよう。
炊飯器で保存してあるタイプですね。
量はたっぷりありましたが、パサパサなので
一口頂いただけでした。
サラダは千切りキャベツとレタスに胡麻油の
ドレッシングがかかったそっけないもの。
春雨の和え物は、酸味が弱くて、味わいが
ぼんやりしていたのが残念でした。
とにかく、ボリュームだけはありますので、
腹ペコさんには有難いと思います。
③スタッフの接客について
ホールは、ベテラン女性お2人で切盛りして
いました。
挨拶や席への誘導等、基本的な部分は問題なく
元気でキビキビとした接客応対でした。
特に気になる点はありません。
④ＣＰについて
肝心のお味は、正直、美味しくはないですが
お料理の提供は、かなりスピーディーですし
ボリュームは十分すぎるほどでした。
手軽な値段で、手っ取り早くお腹一杯に･･･
というニーズは、必ずあると思いますし、
ある意味、貴重な一軒かもしれません。
私にとっては、こちらのお店が提供する価値が
合わないのでCPが良いとは思いませんが。
⑤その他、気付いたことなど
12時15分、お店を出る頃には、入店待ちの
行列ができていました。
並んでまで食べたい！というお店ではないし
オープンしているお店が少なかったからかな？
