ランチ訪問。
肥後橋交差点の一等地に位置する居酒屋、
その立地から、味への期待が高まる。
ランチメニューは、
親子丼(阿波尾鶏使用)、
牛すき丼(特上黒毛和牛使用)、のみ。
おまけの椀は、にゅうめん・そうめんが選べる。
親子丼、そうめんをオーダー。
待つ事、3～4分でサービス。
鶏はそこそこ美味しい、
鶏特有の臭みは否めないが、
地鶏の風味と、触感。
とじられている玉子は、オレンジ色で、風味もそこそこ。
しかし、作り手が悪い。
地鶏は、火を通し過ぎると硬くなり、風味も落ちる。
薄切りなので、尚更。
玉子も火を通し過ぎ、モロモロそぼろ状態。
硬い鶏に、ボソボソ玉子、
且つ、俗に言う「つゆだく」状態。
しっかりした調味料味があり、
全てが非常に塩辛く、褐色。
椀のそうめんも、初めから汁に使っており、相当塩辛い。
食中に、水ばかり頂く始末。
席は、カウンターのみ、
水は、セルフサービス、
待ち時間も短いので、ビジネスランチ向き。
