大阪が好きだ。美味しいお店がいっぱいあるから。
ここのお店、御堂筋から少し入り、新しいビルと古い建物が混在する、灯りの少ない夜の街で、暖かな店の灯りが誘う。
建物の外壁に掛けられた大きな暖簾。
階段を下りた傍らの大きな壺。
決して安っぽくない、水が打たれた狭い入り口。
中に入ると、満員で最後の二人用のテーブルが空いていた。
出張の慌ただしい仕事がひと段落して、宿へと帰る道すがら軽くビールでもと、仲間と二人暖簾をくぐったのであった。
二人で、一杯目のビールを飲み干した後、オススメを持って来てもらう。
刺身の盛り合わせ、ゴーヤ、それと枝豆。
この店は、寿司の板前さんだった方が独立されて出来たそうで、なるほど刺身が美味い。
他には魚のフライも良かった。
居酒屋というものは、何か主役になる食べ物か飲み物があるもので、ここでは魚。
鮮度も良いし美味い。
しかし、大阪の居酒屋のレベルは高い。
素晴らしい。ちょい飲みの居酒屋が、まるで寿司屋の刺身だ。
サービスも良いのも気持ち良い。
今日も美味い酒が飲めた。
明日の元気と活力をもらえた。
