Weekday lunch. Today with my colleague. Due to work commitments, I started at around 12:30. Would you like it nearby? Previously, I went to Jinpachi "Hanare", but today I went to the main store. I've probably passed by the store hundreds of times, but this was my first time entering. Like Hanare, this one is also located in the basement of a building, but as you might expect from the main store, this one has a more spacious feel. It was the time when the first course was over, so the two of us sat at a comfortable table. When I looked at the menu... Huh? Same as Hanare? In my humble opinion, the main store specializes in Japanese-style meal such as Seafood Bowl. I thought Hanare was a Western style Western Cuisine with minced cutlet and loin cutlet set meals. I'm afraid I'll be attacked by the store for saying such a thing. (^◇^;) I asked my colleague, ``Do you want to go eat Seafood Bowl?'' and he asked me, ``Where can I find Seafood Bowl?'' (Laughs) When I asked the staff, they said that there are days when they serve Seafood Bowl for today's limited lunch, but not today. It's like a pork bun from Hourai. (Laughs) Well, don't complain, just switch to Western Cuisine mode. Katsudon (lol) shows the true spirit of Japanese-style meal. (Laughs) After all, boys like katsudon. When in doubt, go for katsudon. Is your colleague a set meal of fried oysters? Did you order something? I don't care about people, so I don't care. (lol) Katsudon and mini udon set are now available. After all, this is it... It's late, but who came up with this katsudon? Aside from the Kanto region, pork in the Kansai region has always been deprived of the top spot by beef, but this katsudon is a different story. Gyudon (Beef bowl) down in front of Katsudon. ``If Kenshiro has one arm, one finger is enough for me'' level. The beaten egg coats the cutlet deliciously, and the pig lets out a roar. "Gyudon (Beef bowl) lol!" Ah, is that why you call it katsudon? Because I beat the cow. (Laughs) There's Osaka Udon next door. Well, Sanuki udon became popular for a while, and cats and ladles became Sanuki, Sanuki, Sanuki. I certainly agree that Sanuki udon is wonderful, but Osaka udon, which stands out as a companion to such a casual set meal, is the best. Only Osaka Udon can play this role of companion. I can hear the roar of Osaka udon... ``Sanuki udon, stop laughing!'' I thought I was here to eat Seafood Bowl but what on earth am I, venting my regrets about pork and Osaka udon? This is called "cause and effect." (No (lol)) Well, in short, I was trying to say how wonderful katsudon is... I explain it in a slow and roundabout way, like a ``gyuho''... It is called ``Muda''. (lol) Maybe it was a bit too forced (^◇^;) It's like a combination of Gyudon (Beef bowl) and Sanuki udon. (Laughs) Thank you for the meal.
