I had lunch alone today. I was casually wandering around looking for a good looking store when I arrived at this store. I've passed by the store several times, but when I looked at it like this, it looked quite unsightly. It's a Showa-era pampas grass visual. Okay, would you like to come in? As expected, it's The Japanese-style meal, which has a good taste. It feels like a place where old men can relax at night. Even now, it's mostly a hangout place for old men (lol) Now, as for ordering, I decided on it in an instant when I saw the menu sign in front of the restaurant. This is Negitoro-don set meal 1,000 yen Negitoro-don with cold or warm udonka soba? perhaps. I had warm udon noodles. Actually, in such a cold winter, it would be cool to order something like cold udon, but if someone like me were to do that, it would just be a waste of patience (lol).He appeared after a while. a little bit! What's this? (lol) No, I'm not angry, of course (lol) The amount of green onions is amazing. It's not a green onion bowl, it's a green onion bowl, right? This is truly a genuine Negitoro bowl. I later found out that this restaurant's specialty dish? It seems like that. This time, I went in without any prior preparation, so I didn't know what kind of special features the restaurant had, but other reviewers were also quite impressed with the Negitorodon. Well, there are many ways to eat it, but I think the best way is to stir it, then pour soy sauce with plenty of wasabi all at once on top, and stir it again. When you stir it, the green color gradually merges with the pink of the toro, giving it a junky look. Well, I'm already a junky when I eat a lot of green onions. When you eat it, the taste of green onions and fatty tuna spreads in your mouth. The taste is irresistible for green onion lovers. I often see visuals of green onions in Ramen, but this is the first time I've seen them in a Negitoro bowl. It's like, "So you've come!" I'm talking about Boss Osawa, who used to appear on morning news programs, but it makes me want to say, "Appare!" The udon is thin and has a gentle Kansai-style Japanese soup stock. Combined with the tenkasu, the warmth permeates every inch of your body. It is a true pride of Kansai culture. No, no, Cafeterias I happened to visit was a big hit.
