またまた会社時代の同期とのランチ。
手前のラーメン屋さんの行列に驚きつつ
訪問しますと、本日予約でいっぱいの貼り紙。こちらも人気店のようです。
6人で予約していたので個室に案内して頂きました。
さて前菜から。新玉ねぎの冷たいスープにメジロのカルパッチョ。キャベツとカブのピクルスが美味しかった。さや大根？なる珍しいお野菜(お味は好みでは無かった)も乗っていて、お野菜に力を入れてらっしゃるよう。
タリアテッレはイカ墨が練り込まれています。そこまでイカ墨感は無かったですが、こちらも沢山の野菜が使われていたし、鰆に火を通してほぐしたものが入る等、ちょっと普通ではない、初めて食べるパスタでした。
メインは太刀魚。炭火焼きした物をズッキーニとポテトとアサリをオーブン焼きした物の上に乗せて、甘酸っぱいソースとパン粉を乗せてまたオーブンで焼くと言う手の込んだ物。肉厚の太刀魚も美味しく、たっぷりのお野菜でお腹も膨れてきます。
私が一番気に入ったのはデザート。ココナッツミルクのパンナコッタはアジアンテイストも有り、酸味の有るフルーツとジュレとクルミとあいまって、とても美味しい物でした。
全てのお料理に独自性が有り、工夫が凝らされているなぁと。
お喋りに花が咲き長居してしまいました(^-^;
