First visit
It was cold again today, so I didn't want to go out too far, so I went out for lunch with a colleague from work. I was planning to go to another restaurant, but suddenly I came across this one nearby, and when I looked at the menu, I saw my favorite Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) with udon for 1,000 yen, so I ordered it without hesitation. The food was served in just 5 minutes. The sauce for Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) is provided in a separate container and you can add it as you like. I liked the taste of the sauce itself, so I added a generous amount of it. Tempura had very simple ingredients: two shrimp, seaweed, and shiso Tempura, but since I don't like pumpkin or sweet potato, it was a welcome addition. The udon noodles were simple, with only chopped fried rice and tempura, but the soup was so flavorful that I drank it all up. The udon was Osaka-style soft udon. It's not particularly delicious, but it feels like a long-running restaurant where everyone can eat with peace of mind. I was intrigued by the Chinese noodles on the menu, so I'll be visiting again. Thank you for the meal.

The other day, when I visited, I saw the Chinese soba set on the menu. What kind of Chinese noodles are served at traditional soba restaurants? It also comes with a set of egg-cooked rice, so the quantity is more than enough. At this restaurant, the time from ordering to serving the food is very short, which is great for office workers. Today, it only takes about 5 minutes from ordering to serving. The ingredients for Chinese soba are two small pieces of chashu. Seaweed, a small amount of bean sprouts, Naruto and the nostalgic Chinese noodles from the street food stalls of the Showa era. Visually, it creates a nostalgic atmosphere. First, slurp a bite of noodles. Even though it's my first time eating it, it feels nostalgic for some reason. To put it in the style of Goro Inogashira, this is just the right amount of Chinese noodles at a soba restaurant. The slightly dark soy sauce flavor added a tangy flavor to the whole dish. There's nothing special about this store, but for some reason I'm drawn to it and want to come back. Thank you for the meal.
