出先の夕食、当てにしてたお店が満席のため、新規開拓を試みたが中々決まらず、もういいやで入店。
結果、犬は歩かなきゃ、当たりは来ない！コスパが良いのか良くないのか、分からないけど値段はお安い。コストを掛けて初めて、美味しいものができると再確認。
先ず生ビールと、前菜盛り合わせがあるのは嬉しい。
五種盛り、ブロッコリーに生ハムとカプレーゼを載せたもの、酸味が効いてる。ブロッコリーにツナを和えたもの、ひき肉を野菜と一緒に炊いたもの、キノコ類とエビのオイル煮、ピリッと。お肉の甘辛オイル煮、どれも大将のパンチが効いた濃いめの味付け、年季の入ったフライパン類がバックグラウンドを彷彿させる。
ハウスワインの白を追加オーダー。至って普通。
〆のペンネゴルゴンゾーラソース。
生クリームを感じない、使っていないのだろうか。調理を見てたら、小鍋でソースごと煮ていた。これってアイディアですかね。でも、残念な感じ。
唯一救いになったのは、笑顔の素敵な新米ガール。一生懸命、大将に依頼された仕込み仕事など、見習いに励んでます。
カウンターを案内されて座ったので、よく見るとキッチンがだいぶ汚れてる。お客さんから見える位置なんで、調理器具共々、気をつけないといけないところですね。
大将もだいぶモチベーションが低いのか、翌日用と思わしき、ハンバーグっぽい仕込みに一生懸命。
