Okonomiyaki is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is made with homemade raw noodles and has an exquisite chewy texture. The original round noodles are made with a particular focus on texture, and the sweet sauce intertwines with them perfectly. We use vegetables grown at our own farm in Wakayama. The ingredients are carefully grown by our staff who go to the farms and grow them with great care. In particular, cabbage is the main ingredient at Hanamaru-tei, including okonomiyaki and yakisoba. We have been working hard for 30 years to create truly delicious Okonomiyaki.
