中之島を訪れた際に以前、ネットで紹介されていたのを思い出して訪問しました。
平日ディナーのオープンしてすぐだったためかお客さんはまだおらず。
場所が場所なだけにサラリーマンのお客さんが多いんでしょうか。回転率を考えてるような内装でした。
まずは、よだれ鶏、大海老のマヨチリ炒め、黒酢酢豚、四川麻婆豆腐を注文。
四川料理店と言うだけあり、よだれ鶏もピリ辛で香辛料がアクセントになりパンチの効いた一品でした。
次の料理は大海老のマヨチリ炒め。
メニューの名前通りの大きな海老がプリプリで食べ応え抜群でした。飾りに載せられていたにんじんで作った花もお皿に彩りを添えてくれておりとても良かったですね。
三品めは黒酢酢豚。
豚バラではなく、ヒレ肉を使っているということで普段食べてる酢豚とはまた違った印象を受けました。
黒酢の酢豚だからかにんじんや玉ねぎといった野菜は入っておらずシンプルな一品。その分少しボリューム感はなかったですが、お肉を感じる料理であったと思います。
次の料理は名物の極上麻婆豆腐。花椒など香辛料がよく効いていて辛さも強く、辛いもの好きな方にはオススメです。この辛さだとご飯が欲しくなりますね。
五品めは油淋鶏を注文。
正直持ってきてもらったときから失望。料理の盛り方から食べたいと思う気持ちがなくなりました。
タレは甘めで酸味が弱め。小さいお子さんでも食べられそうです。少し大人には物足りなく感じるかな。
次の料理は海鮮おこげ。
大きな壺のような容器に入っており、目の前で仕上げの餡をかけてくれるスタイル。
しいたけ、キクラゲ、エビ、ヤングコーン、ズッキーニなどなどたくさんの食材が入っており楽しい一品でした。
ただ、目の前で餡をかけてくれる割にジューっという音は控えめでした。自分は猫舌なのですぐ食べられますが少し肩透かしを食らった気分でした。
最後はふかひれあんかけチャーハンを注文。
チャーハンは少しベチャっとしていました。餡を混ぜて雑炊のようなイメージでいただけば美味しく食べられます。餡は海鮮の旨味が効いていて美味しかったです。
早い時間だったためお客さんは他におらず料理がとてもスピーディーに出てきました。
ただ、こちらの食べるスピードを考慮してもらえると冷めずに美味しく食べられるかなと思いました。
ホールスタッフの方は料理を運ぶ時以外見当たらないので注文時大きな声で呼ばないといけないのも残念ポイント。
今回の来店では料理、接客共にコスパ悪いかなと感じる印象を受けました。
