今夜は肥後橋にある
「四川料理 御馥 (イーフー)中之島ダイビル店」さんで新年会です。
京阪渡辺橋駅直結のダイビルの2階、大きな部屋を貸切での立食パーティでした。
今回はお料理を囲み初めてお会いするグルメな方々にご挨拶の時間をさせて頂く機会も設けていただきお恥ずかしながら自己紹介でマイクを握りました。
お集まりのグルメ系有名インフルエンサーさんや陶芸家の先生、飲食店のオーナーさん方と楽しく交流をさせていただいて素敵な出逢いが出来たことに感謝です。
「厚生労働大臣表彰」受章や「TEC Tsuji 辻学園 調理・製菓専門学校」の中国料理主任教授を兼任し後進のために尽力する四川料理「御馥（イーフー）」の黄村宝シェフから嬉しいご挨拶もあり、
本場四川料理というものは日本人は到底食べられない辛さだそうでだいぶ円やかに仕上げられているのだとか。
いただいた四川麻婆豆腐はとても美味しいのですが辛くて汗が滲むくらいさすが四川の味ですね。
私はまだまだ麻婆豆腐に不慣れなので辛さに慣れる練習が必要なようです笑
大皿に乗った豪華な料理たちはどれも素晴らしく、蒸し鶏はしっとり柔らかで八角の良い香りで大きな海老や新鮮なカンパチなど御馥（イーフー）さんのプライドを感じる大変贅沢なものでした。
私自身大皿料理を取るのは不慣れで苦手ですがお料理がとても美味しかったので楽しめました。
ちなみにここのデザート、自家製胡麻団子揚げたてでもっちりとかなり美味しいです。
できれば持って帰りたいほどでした。
是非ディナーでコースを頂いてみたいお店です。
