久しぶりに訪問。
予約制のキャビアライブショーに行ってきました^^
中華と平家キャビアとシャンパン・ワインのペアリング。
目の前でチョウザメからキャビアを取り出して洗うのを見ることが出来ます。
チョウザメの卵は集合体恐怖症の人には閲覧注意かもです＞＜。
イーフーさんの中華はとても美味しいので、好みでキャビアを載せて味変を楽しみます^^
なかなか貴重なイベントに参加出来て楽しかったです^^
この平家キャビアは魚の臭みが極端に少ないので甘いデザートにも合います^^
最後の写真は杏仁豆腐の平家キャビア添えです。なかなか美味い♪
