A dish marinated for 168 hours in a ``Takumi's sauce'' made from four carefully selected ingredients: ``Yuzu from Kyushu'', ``Rausu kelp from Hokkaido'', ``Liquor from Fukuoka Kitaya'', and ``Blend chili peppers''. Enjoy as much as you like for lunch! !
