I'm starting a new business with my colleagues. I was shown to a table in the back, but the chair was so wobbly that I couldn't finish my meal comfortably. I was torn between beef belly and lean Steak, but my colleague said she would like beef belly, so I asked for an additional 100g of Steak. First of all, I was served soup and two eggs, so I drank the soup, sprinkled some soy sauce on the egg salad, stirred it, and waited for the rice. The soup had a strong flavor considering its color and was a little salty for me. Before long, the sauce, wasabi, and salt to put on Steak were delivered. There was also umeboshi, but I didn't know whether to use it as a side dish with rice or add it to Steak, so I ended up not using it. Is the rice brown? However, when I ate it, I didn't notice it at all and it was delicious and I ate it with egg-cooked rice. The meat finally arrived and we started with salt. Yeah, it's salty. Looks like I added too much salt. I also tried wasabi and sauce, but the sauce was the best for me. The meat was lean and refreshing, but I was too greedy. Toward the end, my jaw started to feel tired and I almost left it. You have to think about the right amount. Thank you for the meal.
