大阪市中央区にあります居酒屋さん「北浜の和がや」に行ってきました。
北浜方面から帰社する際にランチとなったので、北浜で気に入っているスパゲティ屋さんに行こうかと思いましたが、同行していた者がダイエット中で、炭水化物を控えているとの事ですので、スパゲティは止めて違うお店に行く事にしました。
同行者にどんなものが良いかと尋ねたら和食が良いということです。
そんなやりとりをしていたら目の前にちょうど和食のお店があったので入ってみました。
お店の入口にはメニューの紹介があり、その中に限定メニューの紹介もありました。
限定メニューは「サンマの塩焼き定食」680円と、「釜揚げしらす丼定食」680円です。
同行者はサンマ定食を、私はしらす丼定食を食べたいと思ったので入店してすぐ店員さんにサンマとしらす丼ありますか？と聞くと、大丈夫との事でした。
やったー！限定食ゲットです。
席に座り、午前中に訪問した取引先との仕事の確認をしながら注文を待ちます。
4分ほどで定食が到着。
小さいサイズですがうどんまで付いて680円はめっちゃくちゃ安いですね。
さすが限定だけあります。
では、（^Q^）いただきまーす。
まずはしらす丼から・・・
セットには温玉が付いているので温玉を丼に乗せぐちゃぐちゃに混ぜていただきます。
しらすにはとろーり卵がよく合いますよね〜。
まったりとした黄身のコクがさっぱりとしたしらすの味を引き立てていて(≧ω≦*)おいしーです。
さらっと食べられるさっぱり丼でした。
うどん
サイズは小さいですが、明太子ペーストが乗っているなど手を抜いていませんね。
麺はいたって普通のうどんですが、出汁が優しくて旨いのと明太子ペーストの塩気がいい感じにマッチしていて(≧ω≦*)おいしーですね。
これで680円はかなりお得ですね。
ダイエット中の同行者は炭水化物を控えていたためほとんどご飯を食べていませんでした。
私もお腹が出てきているので何らかの対策をとらないといけないのですが、ご飯を食べられないのは食べ歩き好きの私には見ているだけでツライです・・・。
私には炭水化物ダイエットは無理そうですね。
