ここ最近久しぶりのスマッシュヒットでした。
友人から紹介され、かなり美味しいと聞かされていたのでハードルあげまくりで訪問したお店。
お店は地下に入っていくのでちょっと一杯という感じでは無いですね。
半裸のお兄さん像がお出迎えです。
予約していたので個室に案内されました。
うーん、この個室は雰囲気あっていいですね。
お店は淀屋橋と本町の真ん中なので若干訪問しにくいですが、これがタクシーの移動でこの個室に通されたら惚れるかも。
6人まで使用できる個室ですが、2人からでも使わせてくれました。
かなりハードルを上げていったのに料理はどれも美味しかったですね。
前菜に馬肉とモッツァレラ、鯵とナスのテリーヌ、フルーツトマトとモッツァレラのパスタ（モッツァレラかぶった）、シャラン鴨のロースト、フォカッチャ。
どれもフレンチの様に繊細な盛り付けでした。
これはデートだったらテンションあがるんじゃないかな。
プレートの温度もしっかりしていました。
フォカッチャの外壁が香ばしくてかなり美味しい…
メニューにはありますが置いてない料理とワインが数点あったのが残念でしたが、それも表示してあった方がいいかなあ。
ワインは泡、白、赤と4杯くらいかな。
ワインは700円/杯と美味しくて安いものから2,800円/杯と高級なものまでありますが、超有名どころを攻めてくるよりもソムリエの感性で選んだ感じがしていいですね。
ソムリエのお姉様も料理とワインをしっかり紹介してくれ、心地よく過ごさせていただきました。
