An underground Italian Wine Bar located in the middle of the office district. The counter is very nicely lit and decorated. The counter table has a drawer, and when you open it, you can see the cutlery lined up inside, which is very fashionable. There are many types of wine by the glass here, and you can order according to your preference. If you prefer white or red, you can tell them the alphabet and they will serve you the Italian wine of the day. It's fun to have a sommelier there who can teach us about various Italian wines, including grape varieties ❣️ This time we started with P. P is a white wine called Selegas made from the local grape Nuragus of Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia. As P explained, it was a wine with just the right amount of acidity and a well-balanced fruit flavor, without the sharp character that is common with local grapes, and with a mature flavor and a captivating aroma that reminded me of a Sauvignon Blanc. The scallops are lightly seared, drizzled with a refreshing white dressing with a hint of citrus, and served with herbs and alfalfa, giving it a complex aroma. Compatible with Selegas. For the appetizer, I ordered yellowtail carpaccio. In addition to consommé jelly, this dish is made with sweetie sauce, crushed waffle cones kneaded with beets, and generously sprinkled with herbs and edible flowers. This dish has a bright and complex appearance and aroma. The yellowtail's fat isn't too strong, and the various flavors blend together and it's delicious❗️ For the next wine, I chose N, the heaviest type of white. Piedmont's Cantina di Tortona also uses local grape Timorasso. As a warm appetizer, I ordered mashed potatoes and ragu sauce gratin, and what French cuisine would call ash parmentier. This also has herbs mixed into the bread crumbs sprinkled on top, adding complexity to the flavor. For the main dish, I ordered beef tagliata, and for the wine, I asked for something similar to Pinot Noir from Burgundy, rather than an alphabet. A recommended wine similar to Pinot is Chianti. It is mostly Sangiovese, but contains a few percent of the Canaiolo grape to highlight its structure. The amount of tagliata was quite large, and one glass of Chianti wasn't enough, so I added B. B on this day is Sei Anime. Sei is 6, anime is Italian for spirit. A red wine with a sophisticated taste made using 6 types of grapes. The firm body supports the flavorful tagliata sauce made with beef jus ❗️ For dessert, please try takeaway canelé. The canelé served warm is so delicious! ️ The best harmony with espresso ❣️ I took out the cutlet sandwich and canelé, which I couldn't order because I takeaway tagliata, and went home very satisfied (^^) Thank you for the meal m(_ _)m
