とある会食でいただきました。
大阪中之島の真ん中にあるツインタワーのフェス
ティバルホールがある側の最上階にあります。
よって、絶景です。
エレベータを乗り換えて到着。
最初のドリンクをオーダーしてコーススタート。
メニューリストにはない、エリンギのフリットなど
から料理が始まりました。
ドリンクも、種類がむちゃくちゃ多い訳ではないで
すが、見たことのないビールをはじめ、かなり厳選
されています。
料理はどれも素晴らしい。
（個人的には、パンとバターが美味しすぎてビックリ。
一方でデザートはまあまあという感じでした）
料理はハイレベルでしたが、サービスしてくださる
女性スタッフ（フレンチではセルヴーズというんで
したっけ）の提供タイミングや、その説明などが非常
に的確で素晴らしくて感動。サービスとしての正確さ
だけでなく、とても柔らかく好印象でした。
滅多に来られないところですが、いい時間でした。
