今回も、月に一度の息子達の定期検診の帰りに、「美味しい物食べに行こう！」ツアーです。いつもは帰りやすい京橋のモントレで中華か和食なのですが、今回は趣向を変えてフレンチ（正直、フレンチは料理の名前もややこしく、ワインも余り好きでは無いし、形式張って敷居が高く苦手でしたが）と思ったのですが、このご時世でモントレのフレンチは臨時休業？の様で、どうせなら若い頃から一度は行ってみたいと思って居た大阪の老舗西洋料理店アラスカへ、北新地の本店は閉店されましたがフェステバルタワーで営業されているので伺いました。とは言え、やはり非常事態宣言下、夜は予約のみの営業で我々家族の貸し切り状態でかえってご迷惑をお掛けした様で申し訳なかったですが、しかしやっぱり来て良かった！エスカルゴのデミグラソースの美味しかった事、アラスカ自慢のソースとの事でしたが、今までデミグラソースは最初は美味しいのですが、途中からひつこく成って正直余り好きでは無かったのですが、これは別格、今までで最高に美味しかったです、甘鯛（でしたっけ？）も、鱗がサクサクで美味しい！牛ホホ肉のワイン煮も、余り好きではありませんでしたが、初めて美味しいと思う一品でした。ドリンク類のCPも良くてお財布にも優しく、車椅子の息子達にも色々ご配慮して頂きありがとうございました、息子達にも良い社会勉強に成ったと思います。厳しいご時世ですが、頑張って頂きたいです、また伺います。
