出てくるお料理が異なる味付けで、それぞれに美味しい！それが女子十二楽坊と重なりました^ - ^
今日は急な春の嵐で強風と雨が降ってきたので、
駅近で軽めにいろいろ食べたいね♪
ということで、北浜駅地下直結の、大阪証券取引所のビル地下のレストラン街へ。
中でも、小皿料理が豊富な上海食苑を選びました。
一皿380円で、前菜、おつまみ、炒め物、飲茶にいたるまで、本当に種類豊富！
お店の味を確かめたい時、
あまり食欲はないが
いろんな味と食材を食べたい時、
迷ってしまっていろいろ頼みたい！時など、
一皿380円で2〜3人で楽しめるちょうどいい量です。
今回小皿は
クラゲと野菜の甘酢
よだれ鶏
をまずはオーダー。
麻婆豆腐や酢豚、カニ玉、豚肉と卵の塩味炒め、餃子、ごま団子…まで一皿380円。
迷ったけど、今日は軽めに。
そして、青梗菜と袋茸の炒め800円と、天津飯で〆。
クラゲと野菜の甘酢、
酸っぱすぎず絶妙な味付け。クラゲ高いお店多いのに嬉しいですね＾＾
軽く、と言っていたのに食欲が湧いてくるー！
よだれ鶏。
ジューシィでピーナツ、糸唐辛子、ネギと辣油の味付けが辛すぎず旨味たっぷり。
7切れほどあってボリュームもOK!これもええわー。
青梗菜の炒め物も、ニンニク効きすぎてなくて優しい味わい。でも旨味はしっかり。塩味もちょうどいい。
〆の天津飯は、
メニューに、海老や野菜が入ってちょっとぜいたくな天津飯と書いてあっただけあって、
エビたっぷり！野菜もいっぱい！キクラゲまで！さらに、あんかけが、甘酢のものが多いけど塩ダシのような味わい。これがよかった！
病み上がりの私と風邪ひきかけのお連れ様だったので、優しい味付けがとても身体に沁みました。なんだか元気になった感じ！
店員さんも優しい。
だいぶ前に行った時より、賑わっていて、久しぶりに行ってみると、以前より美味しくなってる気がしました。
いろんな小皿メニューからランチまで試したいので、また伺います！
