事前に言うと、その季節の良いものを漁師から直接入れてくれますので、絶品のネタがでてきます。ネタも最高なのですが、大将の笑顔、お客様への気遣いが、さらに味を良くしてくれます。北新地にしては、家族連れ、友人同士など、客層が落ち着いてるのもこの地域の個人でされてる鮨屋さんとは、少し違うのも大将の人柄のせいかもしれません。値段も、事前に伝えれば、合わせてくれます。接待から友人、家族の食事まで、幅広く対応してくれてありがたい。高級店にありがちな同時スタート、コースなどこの地域にありがちなことはなく、アラカルトで出してくれます。
