Like its affiliate Echora, located directly across the street, this bar offers Spanish Basque cuisine. In Basque, "Gastroteca" means "gastronomic space" and "Vimenti" means "two mountains. Enjoy authentic Spanish wine to your heart's content along with a wide variety of pintxos and tapas. In addition to the a la carte menu, selection also offers a plan that includes pintxos and the chef's recommendation plan.
