記念日のディナーにお邪魔しました。
とにかくお肉が美味しい。以上！
…くらいの勢いです。フィレとロースを半々で出してもらいましたが、フィレの柔らかさもさることながら、ロース。。なんと柔らかく、肉の旨味を感じられることか。。柔らかいと言ってもグニャグニャはしてなくて、スッと食べられる。
結婚式メニュー決め試食会以来のフィレ・ロース食べ比べでしたが、ロースが全く劣らない…。試食会でこれ出てきてたら間違いなく披露宴のメイン肉料理はロースになっていました。もはやロースと入籍したいくらい美味しかったです。
あと、人気だというフォアグラ茶碗蒸し。大好きなコッテリ感です。フォアグラと茶碗蒸しが本当に混ざりきってて、もうずっと食べていたい…。コースがここまでずっと冷えたｏｒ常温の物で続いていたので、温かさも含めて身に沁み渡る美味しさでした。味が濃いというのではなく、濃厚な味わい。
トリュフの香りは感じませんでしたが（元々、私はトリュフの香りがあまりわかりません）、お出汁が茶碗蒸しによく合っていました。
その他創作料理も美味しかったです。玉かけご飯の玉子も、がっつり出汁醤油に漬かっていて濃厚でした。
他の予約の関係で2階の個室に通していただきましたが、次行くならぜひ1階、鉄板前で味わいたいです。
ところで、2階の接客は結構雑でした…ノックや挨拶なしに入ってくるし、中には用向きのわからない出入りまで。照明にコック帽が当たってしまうのはしょうがないですが、それにしても何度も当たるし、当たるたび室内照明が揺れるし埃も心配になるので、ちょっとは学習してくれよと思いました…。この点は、安い居酒屋でももっとちゃんとしてるかと…落ち着けませんでした。メインで接客してくれた女性はよかったのですが。
