以前から気になっていたお店です。
お店の玄関が正面ではなく、脇からってのはわかりにくくちょと不便です。
店内は木がふんだんに使われ、テーブルも1枚板のようです。
定番メニューに「豚肩ロースのしょうが焼き」。「サバの塩焼き」、日替わりで「鶏の南蛮揚げ～柚子胡椒風味ネギ」。また、ご飯を白米とひじきご飯から選べるのが売りのようです。
鶏の南蛮揚げをかやくごはんでレッツゴー。
ひじきごはん、思ったよりボリュームがあります。
メインの鶏の南蛮揚げも充分なボリューム、高野豆腐とうどんまで付いて量的には文句なし。
鶏の南蛮揚げは水菜と玉ねぎに柚子こしょうの香りと酢の酸味が効果的で、鶏の揚げものにいい香味を付けてくれます。
高野豆腐も悪くありません。
うどんは冷やしで、味はともかくなぜまだ寒い時期にと思ってしまいます。
さてひじきごはんですが、具はひじきのほか油揚げ、それにごま。
全体にごまの風味が強く、支配的です。ひじきも油揚げもほぼ食感のみという感じで、正直言って残念でした。
ところどころ外しているところがありますが基本的にはいい店だと思います。
今度は白米で注文ですね。
