お昼難民回避の為、良さげなお店の引き出しを増やすべく、新規開拓月間を展開。本日はその一件目。ランチは3種類。メンチカツ、生姜焼き、サバ。今回はサバを選択。白ごはんかひじきご飯か選べるって素晴らしい！迷わずひじきご飯。何年？何十年？食べてないなぁ〜（歳なんぼやねん）
写真の通り、量・栄養バランス（普段は大して気にしていませんが）良いんじゃないでしょうか？ 味も塩加減も良かったと思います。お値段は900円。コスパは普通かなぁ。選択肢の一つには加わりました。
