This is the second store of the popular Hokusetsu store in Osaka. The owner himself looks for carefully selected ingredients and uses high-quality peanut oil. The rice is delivered directly from Akita Komachi in the Ogata area of Akita Prefecture in vacuum packs. We use safe and secure domestically grown Chinese vegetables from contracted farmers in Hiroshima Prefecture. We do our best to provide delicious food at reasonable prices without cutting corners and to satisfy our customers. 江坂の中華バル「ダオフー」の2号店が2016年10月3日、地下鉄四つ橋線「肥後橋駅」すぐの所にオープンしました。
ダオフー肥後橋店
中国の飾りで、「福」の字が逆さまになってるのを見られた事があると思いますが、その”倒福”の中国標準語の発音が「ダオフー」と言い、「幸せが皆様に来ますように！中華のお食事と楽しい時間を過ごしてもらう空間に」との願いを込めて名付けられたそうです。
日替わりダオフー定食を頂きました
日替わりダオフー定食は、日替わりのメイン料理に、前菜ビュッフェ、スープ、秋田県直送のあきたこまちのご飯がつき、ご飯はお代わり自由。
この日のメインは”えびと卵の塩炒め”です
ぷりぷりの大きなエビに、シャキシャキの青梗菜、そしてふわとろの卵が塩味に旨く絡み合って、ご飯も進みます。最高級の落花生油を使い、一気に作り上げる熱々メイン料理です。
また広島の農家で育った国産の中国野菜が、一味違い、料理の味の幅を広げてくれます。
前菜5種のブッフェ、お代わりしました♪手作りドレッシングも美味しかったです。
他にも1番人気の麻婆豆腐定食をはじめ、ランチメニューには全て前菜ブッフェ、ライス食べ放題、スープが付き。ランチ時はプラス150円でコーヒーかカプチーノもいただけます。
店内は中国をイメージしたシノワズリーのお洒落な空間です

午後5時30分から、お得な「ちょい飲みセット」もあり、生ビール、前菜3種盛り、点心2種か焼き餃子が付きます。
他にも沢山の美味しい中華料理があります。また色んな種類のお酒も揃ってます。
