GW最後の日にこちらでディナーを頂きました。
1日2回転されていたようですが、前半組は我々含めて4組9名でした。
我々は事前に「スタンダードコース@9,900円(税込サ別)」を予約していました。
そして実際に頂いた食事は以下です。
◯アミューズ3種
・フォアグラ&アプリコットの一品
・肉とチーズと玉ねぎを揚げた一品
・イカを使った一品
◯本マグロのマリネ
→パッションフルーツのソースが美味しかったです。初夏に相応しい一品でした。
◯パン
→大阪本町に本店がある人気のパン屋さんパンデュース(Painduce)のパンでした。
◯ホワイトアスパラガスのパイ包み
→アスパラガスにパイだけでなく、さらに内側にオマール海老やモリーユ茸などが巻かれている一品でした。ユニークなプレゼテーションとお味でした。美味しかったです。
◯魚介スープ
白身魚のスープ、パンとホタルイカとパクチー
→スープにスパイスが入っていて、さらにパクチーとホタルイカと入ったスープでした。フランス料理では珍しいなと思いました。私の中のフランス料理感にはなかった味でした。なかなか攻めてるなと思いました。
◯鮮魚のブールノワゼット(焦がしバター)ソース
イサキ、下にポテト、トマトとブールノワゼットソース
→これも面白い一品でした。トマトソースが美味しかったです。
◯シェフ厳選のお肉料理
ハンガリー産マグレカナール(鴨胸肉)のロティ
→フォアグラ用に飼育されている鴨だけ合って、お肉も濃厚でした。皮パリでとても美味しかったですし、スモーキーな香りも良かったです。また赤ワインソースや和えていたレンコンも美味しかったです。
◯イチゴのソルベ(お口直し)
◯清見オレンジのクレープシュゼット
→バニラアイスとオレンジの組合せが美味しかったです。
◯自家製のフレンチ茶菓子 3種
→バスクのチーズケーキが特に美味しかった。
◯コーヒー/紅茶
お酒はシャンパンと白ワインを頂きました。
シャンパンは橙色系のブリオッシュやフルーツの風味のする、やや甘みを感じるものでした。
白ワインはシャサーニュ•モンラッシェを頂きました。ドライでありながら粘性が高い白ワインでした。魚介料理だけでなく、メインのカモ料理にも(白ワインにしては)合いました。
そしてサービスの方々には丁寧に接客頂きました。料理だけでなくワインの説明も助かりました。
お会計は2人で総額ちょうど30K円。
料理とワインの質と量を考慮するとリーズナブル価格でした。お勧めしたいお店です。
