フェスティバルタワーの地下一階にある飲食店街。
そこの中で鳥取郷土料理をうたうお店のランチタイムにお伺いしました。
鳥取の名産ってなんだろう？
パッと思いつかない、、、牛骨ラーメンとか？
お店には特産品の即売も行っていますが、そんなこちらのランチは結構普通。あ、鳥取は味噌カツが名産B級グルメなんですね。
というわけで、お昼はそこそこ並びます。店頭で名前と人数を書いて、呼ばれたら中に入るシステムです。
とっとり魚定食 鯖の甘酢あんかけ(900円)
ごはんと味噌汁はおかわり自由です。
今日の魚は鯖ということで、一夜干しかな？甘酢はかなり酸味の強い餡。
鯖が鳥取の名産という意識は無いですが、賀露漁港直送だそうです。
味噌汁がちょっと特徴的で厚めのお麸が入っています。
至って平均的なランチですが、駅直結なので夜のほろ酔いセットは仕事帰りにちょっと魅力的かも。
量と品目はそこそこ。
十穀米が美味しいので、お味噌汁と一緒にオカワリしてはいかがでしょうか。
