This shop is located right next to Higobashi Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line. I had some business to do in this area, and when I was looking for it on Tabelog, I found that there was Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) near the station where you could enjoy Japanese sake. Moreover, it is surprisingly rare to find a store that is completely unmarked and has not been visited by MyRebi. Many MyRebi customers go to the famous shops in Edobori. By the way, for various reasons, this area may become the main focus in the future. Well, when I visited, three solo male customers were enjoying their meal first. A young couple also entered the store right after I entered. The customer base is diverse. At least it's a shop that is easy to enter by yourself. There are counter seats near the entrance, and there appear to be about two table seats in the back. I sat near the entrance and asked the friendly female clerk for a sake (sweet and strong) to go with my meal, and the following was served to me. [Sake Takachiyo Nama Sake (Niigata)] It has natural carbonation, is sweet, and has a yogurt-like sourness, making it delicious. It really looked like juice. As expected, they served a nice Japanese sake as an aperitif. Then order the following. [Assorted sashimi] When I asked them to make one for one person, they gave me the one in the photo. After all, sashimi is essential to making sake. However, it was surprisingly packed and had a lot of variety. I wonder if it's a lot for one person. The taste was fatty for the season, and all the sashimi was fresh and delicious♪ [Assorted Oden] After all, it's a must-have in the cold winter. However, it wasn't that cold that day, but I wanted to eat oden so I ordered it. Among these, the mochi purse soaked into the soup stock and the mochi felt very delicious♪ [Sake Kozo Sansui (Miyagi)] This goes well with oden, so I was recommended to try it hot sake. This is hot sake, so I had it all in one go. It's a little dry, but it's refreshing and easy to drink hot. This sake also goes well with sashimi and Seafood. Hot sake is also good in winter. There are quite a lot of Japanese drinks that can be drunk warm. In addition to sake, they also serve shochu mixed with hot water, but as I ate, I wondered if there was a culture of drinking warm alcohol outside of Japan. [Mozzarella cheese pickled in soy sauce] I ordered this as a palate cleansing dessert. This was surprisingly delicious! Cheese desserts with sake are pretty good♪ I would like to visit again if I have a chance♪
