今日の平日ランチは何気にちょっと辛い系が食べたくなった。とは言えこの近辺で辛い料理を出す店があったっけ？
無いな…
適当にその辺の店に入ろうとブラブラしているとこちらのお店を発見。
四川料理の看板。
激辛料理の聖地やん。（笑）
そういやあいつも店の前を何気に通っていつか入ろうと思っていたのを思い出した。
もしかしたら本格四川料理でお値段エクスペンシブかな？と思いきやしっかりランチメニューがありました。
色んなランチメニューがありましたが、魅力的なメニューを発見。
四川牛肉麺 1,000円
This is it だな。（笑）
迷わずオーダー。
どんな見栄えなのか楽しみ。
程なくして配膳された四川牛肉麺はみるからに辛そうな感じ。日本のラーメン屋で出される激辛ラーメンと言うよりは本場中国のローカル色満載と言った感じ。
いただきます。
おー、これは正に本場の味！
スープは激辛とは言わないまでもしっかり四川料理独特の辛さが伝わってくる感じです。麺は中細ストレートで中々のコシ。そして中に入っている牛肉、これが美味い！ 私も何度か中国に行った事はありますが、これは現地の味と殆ど変わらない匹敵する味です。
激辛とまで言わないと言いましたが正直スープを完飲するのは不可能なレベル。(^◇^;)
昼からの仕事に支障を来たすレベルなのでスープは殆ど残しました。
一応元激辛ハンターとしてはこれは賞賛の言葉です。（笑）
でも多分本場四川の辛さはこんなもんじゃないでしょう。
これでも多分日本人に合わせてかなり辛さを抑えてくれているのでは？ 四川料理恐るべしです。
何気に飛び込みで入った店ですが、隣の女性が食べていた焼飯なんてめっちゃ美味そうだった。加えてこの辛さと風味なら麻婆豆腐なんかも期待出来そう。
再訪確定大三元ですな。
