RiVi is an innovative restaurant located 6 to 8 minutes walk from Higobashi Station. This highly rated and popular restaurant has a great atmosphere and serves innovative cuisine. Here is the menu we received this time. ----------------------------- ◾Loach flan First, let's start with the amuse of loach flan with consommé soup. The bright greenery is reminiscent of a garden, and the texture of the hail is a nice accent. ◾Foie gras, brown rice tea A stylish dish made with brown rice tea choux pastry stuffed with foie gras and butterbur miso.
