肥後橋駅から徒歩6分程、靱公園近くにあるRiViさんにお邪魔しました。
平日の19時頃の訪問、コース料理のみです。
外装からお洒落で期待できます！
内装もかなり凝っていて、席間も広く落ち着いた雰囲気です。
コースは器、演出、食材、火入れなど拘っているので楽しめます。
サービスも丁寧で凄いよかったです。
お料理はイタリアンと和食を合わせたような感じです。ワインのペアリングも注文したのですが、正直ワインと合わせるにはお料理は優しすぎるかなという印象です。
和牛のロースト 蕗の薹味噌は絶品でした。
ごちそうさまでした。
