The chickens used are mainly young Tajima chickens. It is characterized by its extremely soft flesh and the ability to enjoy the flavor of chicken. In addition, Other chickens are carefully selected and purchased from all over Japan. You can enjoy a variety of menus including sashimi, grilled foods, Fried food, and salads. We especially recommend the ``Kokoro Shio'' Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) with its signature charcoal aroma and the hearty ``Tsukune Sauce''. For skewers other than meatballs, in order to serve them in the most delicious condition, we ask that you order a minimum of 2 skewers◎

Delicious alcohol is essential to cooking. Our president originally worked as a liquor wholesaler, so we are very good at purchasing alcohol. We are particularly focused on shochu, with a lineup of about 50 types at any given time. We actively purchase limited edition and premium brands and offer them at affordable prices. In addition to shochu, we also offer rare fruit-based liqueurs. With fruity flavors such as yuzu and mandarin orange, we're sure female customers will be happy too♪
