前夜に、ゴッドファーザーを観たからか 笑
この日のランチは、南イタリアな気分！
こんな時のために、オフィスのご近所にある
こちらをＢＭしてあったのよ。
ランチでも、シチリア州の郷土料理を幾つか
食べられるといいなぁ！と、期待しながら
訪問しました。
①お店の外観、雰囲気、インテリアなど
最寄り駅の肥後橋から、徒歩12分位。
靭公園のすぐ近く、ちょっと奥まったビルの
2階にあり、分かり難いので、初訪問の際は
なにわ筋沿いに出ているシチリア州の旗を
模したメニュー看板が目印になると思います。
店内は、ウッディなインテリアで統一され
テーブル席の他、厨房を臨むカウンター席も
あり、お1人様でも気兼ねなく入店可能です。
②お料理について
ランチメニューは、3種類あり、一番安価な
“Ａランチ”が、前菜・パン・本日のパスタ
という内容で、1,200円とのこと。
それにドルチェやカフェ、メインを付けると
お値段が上がります。
初訪問ですし“Ａランチ”を注文しました。
本日のパスタは、下記から選択できます。
・シラスとたまご スパゲッティ
・ズッキーニのソース ショートパスタ
どちらの組合せもピンと来ず、ズッキーニの
ソースをスパゲッティに変更してもらいました。
すぐに、前菜とパンが運ばれてきます。
全体的に華やかさはなく、シンプルで素朴な
お料理が盛合せられています。
レタスのみのサラダ、薄いモルタデッラハム
蒸した薩摩芋とじゃが芋。小松菜のマリネ。
この感じ、シチリア料理っぽいですね 笑
ゼッポリーニは、冷めていて、残念でした。
パンは、モチモチした食感が特徴的でした。
続いて、パスタ。マヨルカ焼き（風？）の
色鮮やかで可愛らしいお皿で供されます。
出来立て、熱々。湯気から、チーズの良い
香りが立ち上ります。
オイルソースに使われている具材は、本当に
ズッキーニのみという潔さ。
素材の味わいを存分に活かす･･･ということ
だとは思いますが、いささか寂しい感じ。
スパゲッティは、きっちりアルデンテに
仕上げられていましたよ。
ソースを付けながら、パンも頂いて完食。
程良く、お腹も満ちました。
③スタッフの接客について
調理は、若い女性スタッフが、お1人で担当。
料理の手際等を拝見していましたが、恐らく
彼女はシェフではないでしょう。
ランチタイムだからかなぁ？シチリア料理に
造詣の深いシェフが腕を振るっている・・・
との前情報だったので、何となくがっかり。
ホールは男性がお1人で担当。ご常連さんとの
会話に熱心な方でした 笑
もしかして、この方がオーナーシェフかしら？！
④ＣＰについて
正直、料理の内容、量ともに、特別な魅力は
感じませんでした。
勿論、不味くはなかったですが、それ以上でも
それ以下でもないですね。
スタッフの接客応対など、総合的に鑑みると
CPは普通かなぁ。
⑤その他、気付いたことなど
ディナーでの訪問だったら、また違った印象を
受けたかもしれません。
