A dish made with several types of beef parts simmered in a flavorful soup stock! The food is slowly simmered in a large pot that can be seen from the counter, and then finished off in a special earthenware pot handmade by the landlady to lock in the flavor. The combination of plenty of seasonings and homemade spicy miso is perfect, and once you try it, you'll never forget it! ``Otomo'', which is stewed with such flavorful beef, is also delicious!
