ランチ友のアンテナが反応したからと、カレーの口から此方に変更されてしまいました。
味のある外観は、昔ながらの一膳飯屋を彷彿させてくれます。
昼定食のメニューを見て、「とうめし定食」に惹かれました。
メニュー内の解説は、「ちいやん名物 牛煮込み炊きのお出汁がしゅんだお豆腐をご飯の上にのっけたもの」。
後からググると、ご飯の上に煮込んだ豆腐をのせるご飯と書かれていました。
違いは牛煮込みの有無ですから、此方の方が美味しそうです。
お盆に載ってやって来たのは、大きな丼が二つと中位の器。
小鉢はぬか漬けと合わせて３つ有りました。
味噌汁。
出汁をきちんと取られ、全てが手作り感がある旨い品♪
具材に高級な品を使っていないところが、また良いのです。
とうめしは、大きな豆腐が載ったすき焼き丼と言った感じでしょうか。
とうめし定食との案内でしたが、豚肉の旨煮が無茶苦茶旨かったですねぇ。
単品で食するのが勿体なかったので、とうめし内に旨煮を放り込んだ牛豚丼にして戴きました。
味噌汁が旨い店に外れなど有りません(^^♪
