12:14到着、先客11名待ち→12:24入店。
名物とうめし定食1,050円、ごはんの量は中を。
ごはんはお好みの量を、大盛り無料とメニューに記載あり。
ごはんは、五分づき玄米と赤米をブレンドした健康米を使用。
とうめしは、牛煮炊きのお出汁がしゅんだお豆腐をごはんの上にのっけたもの。
定食には、おばんざい小鉢が2品と日替りおかず、味噌汁、自家製ぬか漬けが付いてくる。
今日の日替りおかずは、豚生姜煮。
野菜たっぷり具だくさん味噌汁は、出汁が効いていた。
とうめしのお豆腐よりも日替りおかずの豚生姜煮の方が味付けが濃かった。
とうめし用のたれがあったので、それを少し掛けて頂戴した方が良かったのかな？
次回は、りゅうきゅう丼定食を頂戴しに伺おう。
