入り口はひっそりと小さな扉を開けると
階段2、3段あがり
カウンターのお店。
既にお客さまあり、店主は忙しく焼き鳥を焼く姿。
期待が膨らみます。
今回はお任せコース
炙りいくら乗せからスタート
一串一串上品でおしゃれ
食べた後の串は手作りの串立てに
立てていったらハリネズミが出来上がります。
串コーススタートから
宝箱が出てきて
中にはミクロな薄さのふわふわな指宿の鰹節が大切に入っています。
焼き鳥にお好きにかけてください、
と言われ薄い極上の鰹節も一緒に楽しみます。
こんなに味わい深い優しい鰹節は初めてでした。
焼き鳥にも丁寧なしごとが感じられ
絶品焼き鳥と極上鰹節で最高でした。
お店には他には、カップルや同僚で焼き鳥を楽しまれていました。
一串、一串丁寧に作られた素晴らしい焼き鳥でした。〆の貴重な卵で卵かけ玄米ごはんまで全部計算された素晴らしいコースでした。
大切な人を連れてゆきたい。
