The first thing you should try is the chicken sashimi and Kishu duck tataki platter, where you can directly feel the flavor and freshness of the chicken. We purchase freshly ground chicken every day, mainly from Kansai region chickens from Ise Akadori. Twelve types of chicken fillet, sashimi, zuri veranda, kokoro, kokoro remaining, liver, chicken breast topped with soy sauce koji, pickled chicken topped with sea urchin, seared Kishu duck loin, duck thigh, duck fillet, and duck kawara were served. A gorgeous looking dish! Enjoy with sesame oil powder

The shop owner personally travels to Ibusuki, Kagoshima Prefecture to select the highest quality bonito flakes called ``Ipponzuri Honkarebushi (main).'' We provide freshly shaved bonito flakes using the latest bonito flaking machine that can shave them as thin as 0.01mm. For Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), we use Ise red chicken or Kishu duck depending on the part. The owner, who has over 10 years of experience in charcoal grilling at eel restaurants and Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), brings out the flavor of the ingredients with exquisite grilling.
