北浜駅近くにある焼鳥屋さん。
イノシン酸に拘りがある様で、鶏肉とかつおぶしのイノシン酸の旨味の足し算を標榜しているお店。
店内は奥へと細長くなっており、カウンターが10席でお洒落な雰囲気。
ワンオペなので、流石に8人入ると忙しそうだw
