Thank you for your interest in Sushi red vinegar. Our restaurant welcomes customers with children because we want a wide variety of people to enjoy delicious Sushi. This restaurant may not be suitable for entertaining, dining, or customers seeking a tranquil atmosphere, so please understand the purpose of this restaurant before making a reservation. |
On a Sunday afternoon, I wanted to eat Sushi from Sushi Akasu Group, which I used to frequent when I was working in the Kansai region, so I visited Tosabori, which is open for lunch. The general is also Mr. Kakuzen as before. However, this time I was the only customer. It was fun to be able to talk to them about various things. I was able to enjoy the red vinegar Sushi course for the first time in a while. The classic abalone liver sauce is rock-solid delicious. I wish Sushi restaurants in the Kanto region would use this sauce as well. Speaking of nigiri, the piping hot nodoguro was also nostalgic and delicious. The hand-rolled sea urchin, salmon roe, and mullet roe at the end was delicious with a complex combination of flavors. I hope you will continue to do your best. It was a feast.
