休みの日にやってるお鮨屋さんを探していて
あの寿司赤酢グループの土佐堀店さんに。
寿司赤酢さんのシャリはとても硬いので有名ですが、
こちらは何と言うか中心部が粉っぽい。
硬いを通り越して中心が生?
そしてコースを通して保温されているので
後半はパッサパサです。すごくしんどい。
ネタは良い鮪にクエやのど黒など素晴らしいネタが出てるのですが、シャリがしんど過ぎてそれどころではない。
脂の乗ったネタに粉っぽいご飯。
他の赤酢さんの店舗はそんな事なかったのになぁ
と思いながら食べてました。
この日だけですかね?
あと、大将さんが鮪の赤身をビビるくらい大仰に説明していましたが、それ普通の鮪の天身です笑
