"寿司 赤酢" の土佐堀店に行ってきました。
10年熟成の赤酢を使っており、シャリは硬めです。
魚によって最高の握り方があり、
グループ全体で統一してるそう。
大将がおもしろくて、楽しみながら頂けました！
店内も綺麗！
こちらの大将は元々和食の料理人で、
その歴なんと30年！
和食30年の職人が握るお寿司はさすがです！
一品一品が美味しい！！
