【季節限定】あじ豚しゃぶレタス鍋～〆のラーメン付き～1dish
おずやで大人気の日向あじ豚しゃぶレタスが鍋で！〆のラーメン付きです。 焼酎の（百年の孤独、中々等を製造）黒木本店の焼酎カスが混ぜ込まれた特別な餌を与えられて育ちます。その結果、酵素の力が腸をキレイにすることにより臭みを無くした特別な豚肉となるのです。 おずやではあじ豚のバラ肉を使用。 このバラ肉も特別。 油の上に5㎜程の薄皮が付いており、肉は薄くスライスしているのにミミガーのような食感があります。 自家製の甘めぽん酢との相性は抜群です。 付け合せのレタスをたっぷりと箸に取り、お肉と一緒にポン酢に浸し一度にもっぎゅっと口の中へ。 口の中には幸せしか広がりません。
