ＪＲ北新地駅から東へ徒歩２、３分くらいのところにあります。
お店に入るとカウンター席５つ、４人掛けテーブル席４つあります。
生ビールで乾杯です。
ブラックニッカハイボールを追加です。
あてに自家製ローストラムをいただきました。
しっとりジューシーなラム肉と黒胡椒の風味がお酒と合います。
お好みで粒マスタード、柚子胡椒、山葵をつけていただきます。
さあ、彩りしゃぶしゃぶ鍋を食べていきましょう。
出汁が選べるので、金色（和風だし）にして、お肉は、ラムにしました。
ラム肉をお出汁でしゃぶしゃぶ、色がかわったら食べ頃です。
野菜は、レタス、水菜、ネギ、しいたけです。
お出汁かポン酢でいただきます。
出汁が通ったラム肉と野菜の食感がお酒を誘います。
なので、芋焼酎三岳を合わせました。
〆に卵ぞうすいをいただきました。
ぞうすいは、お店の方につくってもらいます。
和風出汁とラム肉の出汁が沁みてきて、さらさらといただけます。
薬味は、一味、ポン酢、クミン、山椒、おろしニンニクと豊富で色々と試せます。
またお邪魔して、違う出汁の彩り鍋をいただいてみたいと思います。
