Christmas dinnerは、北浜にある『macua』さん。沢山のお店がクリスマスは二部制になる中…こちらは、ゆっくり過ごしていただきたい•••と、一部のみ。
今日は、やっぱり…シャンパンで乾杯✨
一品目は、大好物の背子蟹をたっぷりと使用し、滑らかなロワイヤルと濃厚ソース…堪らない一品♡
次は前菜…可愛いサイズですが、一つ一つがとても力強いですね♪中でも『カリフラワーのババロアとキャビア』こちらは、特にワインが進んじゃいます♡
柔らかくジューシーなカツレツが美味しい『カツレツとフォアグラバーガー』ボリュームも有ります。
そして、こちらも大好物のオマールブルー❤️レアな炭火焼き…ワンタン風…細麺と濃厚なスープ…それぞれも美味しいですが、一緒にいただくと最高の拉麺✨
広島県産瓜坊のロティと煮込みの２種。ロティは、香り良く燻され…脂の甘みが素晴らしいです。
煮込みは、八角の香り…とても柔らかく…お口の中で解けていきます。
小皿で少しずつ色々なお料理をいただけ…大満足です。優しい味付けで楽しめ…どのお料理もソースまで美味しかったです。
今年も、素敵なプレゼントをありがとうございます❤️
