なんというか感想に非常に困りました
他のお客さんゼロなのに前菜作り始めるのが遅い
客席から丸見えで厨房内の会話丸聞こえです
フォアグラのラビオリ コンソメスープがかなりイケてるこれは凄い
花束とお花モチーフの前菜は可愛いし綺麗
どこぞのイノベーティブという事で食べたせられる岩とか苔と枯れ葉とか
それに比べたら100万倍素敵
フォアグラのハンバーガーが秀逸
ハリウッドで青春ものを描かせたらピカイチのジョン・ヒューズ監督の作品
『Some Kind of Wonderful』の中で出てくるフレンチレストランで憧れの女の子にごちそうするハンバーガーを思い出しました。キュンてきます。
ワインはペアリングをしました
シャンパンはあまりシュワシュワせず 好みのかんじでは無かった
アルコール添加型の珍しいタイプのモノが多くて知的好奇心は刺激されるが全体を通して不完全燃焼でイマイチ
夜中１時過ぎにお腹が空いて目が覚めて、禁断のラーメンに手を出してしまった
バター不使用を誇っておられた事を朧げに思い出しました。
好みの味、お皿と そうではないお皿と これだけ振り幅大きい事もあまりない
難しいです 100％マッチするなんて無いって分かっているのですけどね
