久しぶりにフレンチ行きたい！
探して見つけたお店。好きな北浜エリアにある。
北浜は名店が多い。ビルも大正時代からあるビルで
店内も斬新でその当時のビルの面影が。。
12席のこじんまりしたフレンチ。
オープンキッチンでソムリエさんとシェフのみ。
マキュアさんは塩分と油分を極力控えて疲れないフレンチを目指しているとのことで非常に身体に優しいお料理がより気分を高めてくれる。。
前菜が何皿出てくるの？というくらいあって。
その一つ一つにシェフの想いがあって感動の嵐。
ジュラシックパークという名のお料理やたまごの殻に
入ったカリフラワーのムースキャビア添え、塩分はキャビアのみ！フランス産の栗の冷製スープとなんと焼き茄子のアイスクリーム添え！最高に美味しいんですけど。。斬新すぎますよ！
食感も見た目も楽しませてくれるシェフの遊び心。
ファアグラハンバーガーだけ癖が強かったなー。
紹興酒は弱めでお願いしたいです。
お魚料理もホワイトソース？
焼き加減とこのホワイトソースの塩味が絶妙。
すだちのシャーベット。この食感も感動。
箸休めや口直しも手を抜かない。すごすぎますー。
そしてメインの肉料理。
分厚すぎてさすがにこれは食べられないと思って
いたらなんとめちゃくちゃさっぱりしていて、
めちゃ柔らかいんです。仔牛らしいです。
圧倒され続けてあっという間にデザートへ。
めちゃかわいいアイスが！
え？！とうもろこしのアイス？！
とうもろこし好きとしてはたまらないラスト。。
最後にシェフとたくさお話しして大満足なフルコースでした！お気に入りのお店になりました。。
今回はランチでしたが、次回はディナーを！
